Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

 

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

    • Personalized or custom items (e.g., custom designs on shirts) are final sale and cannot be returned.

     

  2. Refunds:

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

    • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

     

  3. Exchanges:

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at houseofthewestdesigns@gmail.com with a photo of the item.

     

  4. How to Initiate a Return:

    • Email us at houseofthewestdesigns@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

    • We will provide return instructions.

    • Pack the item securely and send it back to us.

     

  5. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Any items marked as final sale, or any items that are personalized.
